this is great.. I also put in things like the Kyo green Hymalayan salt and other seasonings.. I even add cholostrum.. chia .. or even extra probotics..
for a high nutritional killing candida food. Place on rice cake and enjoy. tast to me just like regular cream cheese. very easy to make.. enjoy !
