(they are, by-no-means, ALL positive happy stories, but there are several)

Most seem to show an Elimination Diet (AKA Candida Diet) works well with whatever antifungal we take.

I know we all dread the diet, but i think some of us that have it bad require it.

Whether just fresh vegetable juices at first, or meat, vegetables, and fat.
