Thank you for posting this mu-shen, it seems that the US government has been caught with its pants down. It also looks like the US government is going to try and censor what it's citizens can view on the internet, because the government has been caught out.

A bit like shutting the gate, after the horse has bolted.

Even China, where internet censorship is rife, cannot shut down the WWW, its best efforts are always broken through, by the people.

Governments are opportunists, and the US government is using WikiLeaks as an excuse to censor the information that US citizens get to view.
