I always find things on the web.. then go to Iherb.com or swansonvitamins.. and check to see if they have it.. usually can get a better deal... one gram never has hurt us.. if it did I guess we did not notice with the die off we already had... by the way if you get that deep itch that comes with the die off... an ice cube on the spot or spots really helps... stops the itch fast.

I take Kyogreen which you can get on either site..
no Sugar at all..... we have been using it for years..before we knew we had Candida we used it in a protein drink... and after we used it in Lemon juice water and xylitol.. made a great green drink... lol !!
I add it to a lot of our cold foods.. and not as expensive but then it does not have some of those other ingredients in it..
