The thing is I didn't take zinc until months after I took the temperature. The information about Copper/Zinc ratio is interesting though, I've looked into this before, but I guess I won't really know unless I get blood work done.

You lost me on the alzheimers part, I know theres a connection with aluminium and the brain and I was just wondering whether or not heavy metals played a large role in Alzheimers.


Thanks for the information about the B vitamins, It'll come in handy. I have a good B-complex here, but last time I remember it gave me bad diarrhea/ :(
