What you are experiencing is standard. It is the sad reality. I do the work I do because I know it works and the body does not lie.You need to take control of your health, and that is why I am doing this forum, to hopefully empower those interested with tools and not fighting the battle alone.

Listening to the body has become a lost art and now even considered suboptimal care. bhrt can be useful at times, but has a tendency to be overused in the name of science.

I wish you well in your continued pursuit of the truth. It is painful but in the end you will benefit. Always listen to your body.
