I want to do my first liver flush. I am 22 years old, and have lived as a raw vegan for several years now. I have MANY allergies and I feel like my liver and gallbladder REALY needs a cleanse. I have done many colonics and used blue herbs. But I am worried about using epsom salt. I have read that it can cause death if we aren't carefull??

And how important is it to do colonics before the flush?

And what Epsom Salt do I use. I have some pure epsom salt(magnesium sulfate), used for bath, but it sais on the package that the salt can not be taken inwardly!?
