finally started to have peeling skin BUT on 25% of my bottom lip, means 75% is healed after 2 weeks. very very happy. healed part is very soft just like my top lip. AMAZING.

i actually enjoy my restricted diet now. im not craving for sweets etc.. got used to it, cos i get motivated to keep going because of my progress.

i recommend anyone with EC to try out anti candida diet for at least 3-4 weeks. my case was unusually quick to heal just because ive been off milk for 7 years and off wheat for 4 months because of my allergies, only started my new diet (anti candida) 2 weeks ago, then my EC is reduced to 25% from 100%. expecting full recovery by Christmas ! that will be the best Christmas pressie.

ok, i've been updating on my progress almost daily. i will stop here now. may come back when my EC is fully gone. but you can easily guess its happening next week or so.
