That experience you describe, brief skin rash/itchiness on the arm, was exactly what happened to me during the die-off phase. It was accompanied by redness, came and went very quickly. So my vote is: die-off. I was looking at the ingredients of that multi, to see what might have killed the candida. Nothing jumps out, but if you put together a bunch of things that each kill candida *a little,* maybe collectively they're effective. The Vit. C combined w/ CoQ10 and the vast array of minerals might have done it...
