Hello people, I have decided to get back online and risk my health by exposing myself to the deadly radiation produced by C.R.T. monitors. I hope to get a less-irradiating L.C.D. type soon.
I am still trying to find diagnostic measures that I can afford. I got my hands on Dr. Wilson's book, and have done the Iris dialation test. When exposed to the flashlight, my Iris contracts and stays in that condition for at least two minutes (it does not dialate). Is this conclusive?
I am also taking my basal oral temperature everyday and oral temp at 9:00 at night, as suggested by Hansa Center. My nighttime oral is often lower than my basal oral (usually taken around 5:40 a.m.).
One other thing I thought I'd mention: I have begun polarity therapy sessions and my therapist told me, "Your adrenals are about an 8 out of 10. Your symptoms are being caused at an emotional level".
I've read too much concurring evidence, however, to doubt the role my adrenals are playing in my present set of symptoms and the marathon that brought them on. While I am certain that my sensitive/nervous nature has played a role in my adrenals being depleted, I still have the belief that my adrenals are compromised.
Can anyone comment on either my temperature findings, iris dialation test or polarity therapy?
If the polarity therapy proves ineffective, I will purchase the 24-hour saliva test.
Still saddled with chills, low body core temp, asthma, fatigue.

Thanks,
Paul
