Hello all

I greatly appreciate your advice. I do try to rest for the most part, but as montecristo pointed out, it's not always possible with our busy lives. I'm going to be taking it more slowly from now on. Particularly with standing up too quickly after sitting or kneeling.

I don't think a sauna is for me during this time, since I become dizzy if even my shower water is too hot. It sounds lovely though, and I will look into it once I am finished with this fast! :)
