On the antifungal candida diet plan if I had one piece of fruit I would get a yeast infection. So I avoided any and all Sugar and carbs for a year.

I took the plunge into raw vegan and ate all the fruit I wanted. I'm now drinking 5 quarts of fruit juice (pineapple, apple, orange, pomegranate etc) a day and have no yeast infection.

Trying to kill the candida only makes it stronger. It is the toxicity in your body that is attracting the candida overgrowth to you like flies to a dumpster. You need to clean out the dumpster to get rid of the flies and the only way to do that is to eat raw vegan and preferably juice feast to detox.

These doctor's don't know anything. They see the yeast infection and they want to kill it. It's like spraying pesticides on a dumpster, it kills the pests but hten stronger pests come back so now you spray stronger pesticides. Then you even find Dr Crandell the specialist who tells you to spray pesticides 10X more frequently. It's just going to keep getting a little better, then a LOT worse and follow that order until you try a different approach.
