This is awful. How many adjectives should I list that describe how doing these Liver Flushes makes some people (me included) feel?

weak, bloated, low blood sugary, sweaty, nauseus sometimes, trapped at home for days (for nothing, for some flushes), starving, should I go on...?

AND HALF OF THE TIME I DON'T GET ANYTHING OUT! My bedside table is littered with water containers, Epsom Salts , little containers of supposed "helpers" for when you get hungry (they didn't), books to read to stave off the misery for hours, make that days!

I hate this.

All of that preparation with exotic herbs, for nothing this time. All of that gross Epsom Salt beverage. Shees.
