Any Sugar feed candida. All food feed candida because it won't die even if you only eat meat. In fact, candida feed of any food source and from your blood. The low carbohydrate diet was thought by Dr. Truss to help the antifungal therapies because their lack of effectiveness. They are still no effective most of the time and the fungus don't die at all. Anyway, you are doing the right thing to avoid Sugar until you feel good on this diet.
