im not taking refined Sugar or fruit Sugar (though i only eat fruits every now and then) at the moment.

im sticking to Agave syrup and Xylitol when i make my gluten & dairy free pancakes (using brown rice flour and buckwheat flour..)! love them a lot. my diet is completely dairy and gluten free, very very low in sugar...

my lip is feeling amazing right now.

i did have something similar to what i believe candida die-off thing. my skin in my body felt itchy and had Acne for few days but they are gone now.
