Most people find that it is not necessary to take 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts per dose. Somewhere Dr Clark says to 'practice' with increasing ammounts of it from 1 teaspoon at night, then 1 dessert spoon the next, to establish the correct dose for you, before you do the flush. 1 dessertspoon doses work for me. I also drink it in warm water, as it dissolves better and I find it easier to drink.
