See i never wanted to bring my drug usage up because i do not credit my fatigue or AF to to it. My first crash happened 7 years after i stopped. I think it was stress, over training, new house, two babies, wife, giving up my band, just more things i;m sure. i don't think the drugs are the main cause, but what if there was an existing chemical imbalance in the brain and added more to the fire. Made me more sucseptible to crashing my adrenals perhaps. don't know

God had already given me ME, i just polluted it with a fantasy.
