I suck down the ES icy cold with a straw in the back of my throat. Fast! I do the same with the grapefruit-olive oil drink. The less contact any of that has with my tongue the better!!!

I really started to feel wiped out late yesterday. I worked out some and it probably wasn't a good idea while those stones are passing but I felt really happy and energetic so I took advantage of it. I feel dehydrated today and even last night but I suppose that's all part of the process.
