just to let you guys know that my EC is becoming smaller and smaller on a daily basis. peeling cycle changed from 2 days to more than 4 days. healed part is changed from 0% to 40% in about 12 days.

in these 12 days, i must confess, i did have 2 days picking my lip skin when i was out (its hard to socialize when the skin is so hard and look ugly), also had small amount of alcohol and lots of sweet fruits.. so it doesnt mean i followed strict guidelines or anything but changed my diet drastically.

very happy with the result :-)

not really to do with balms or ointment, anything external. its an internal thing as well as stopping picking and peeling by force.
