Hello!
I am 40 years old and I suffer of a psychogenic tremor of my head for about 10 years. The doctors thought it was a torticolis, so they gave me a treatment by botulinic toxine (2 injections in the muscles of the neck)and benzodyazepines.
Now I am living in France and I saw a doctor who told me that it's not all a torticolis, but a psychogenic tremor. And he was right, because after a few months of psychotherapy I was doing better. Now I am taking no more medication, but I don't feel very well. I still tremble especially when I go to work, when I talk to people, even when I am home alone.So I am so embarassed.
I don't know if it matters, I have no children,and I had my menopause at 35 years old.
Can you help me? Do you have any solution? Do you need more information?
