Just did a 2,5 day virgin coconut oil detox - 2 spoons every 2 hours - I went up to as much as 16 tbs a day. The third day I decided to try I Liver Flush with just eating apples and raw egg yolks.

First 2 days I had many bowel movements, seems like this was a real flush - a lot of white thread like stuff that must have been stuck came out (candida?). After starting the Liver Flush I had even more bowel movements, more of that white stuff came out, no stones although that has come before doing this. After these three days I slept for 9 hours straight, nice since I'm always awake in the night.

Will repeat this protocol next weekend.
