Ek....I think puting a number on it is a mistake, until you become a serious Faster. It opens the door to Failure.
I'm still a beginner, toying with the idea of going 3 days. I have gone 6, but that was many years ago.
Perhaps some of the experienced Fasters here will post with better advice.....WY
