The first and most important advice I can give you is to RELAX! Take the meds as ICU suggests and you will eventually win the battle. 40gms of fat is a lot but it is important. I've read it on MANY websites and medical papers that the fat is necessary. The only way I can get it down in the morning is to toast some raisin bread, then slice about 3 tablespoons of cold butter on it.

A suggestion would be to post your battle on the forum to get more detailed info. It can take many rounds of meds to kill off these BUGgers!
