Another thing I wonder about is if you tried to do too much at once. Just asking. The body only wants to do one thing at a time. If you start with the liver, then stay with the liver flushes until your body has gotten rid of enough poisons so it can start slowly with the colon. The body will tell you when that is, as my experience said the digestion started giving me some problems that it didn't before. This might be why you didn't have such good luck with the liver flushes. Might have been trying to do too much at once. Order of cleansing prevails as the only way to do things. Your body CANNOT and will not sucessfully get rid of too many toxins at once. End of statement. Quoting Doc Sutter on his CD. Not a bad idea to get it, if you want this program to work for you!!!!!

Thanks for the great post. It's very encouraging to others who think they are scared to do the liver flushes or think all this may not work. You've done a good job so far, and it's good to post to encourage others. No reason to take offense.
