I can smell myself most of the time. when i'm not sure if i'm smelling, i leave the room or the place i'm in at the moment for about 5 minutes and then return to check if the place smells. then i can tell if i'm still smelling.
I recently started the candida diet and my smell is so much better! i guess it's because i eat more healthy foods. I haven't reached the candida die off step yet.
I recommend everyone who got this problem to try it for a few weeks and see what happened. there are several level for this diet, i think i'm currently trying the hardest one.
