Hi Grz:

It is sacrifice time here in Jordan and so everyone is cooking fresh lamb. I had a small portion of lamb and my sciatica flared up. It was a very small portion and thought it might be the stress I am under right now.

But 3 days ago had some more lamb, again a very small portion and my back went out again. Well it is either that or black magic one.
