Well the curezone article stated mini trampoline but there was no way I can do that. I cannot get into a bathtub or pick up anything. I have noticed that these attacks become worse with the eating of lamb. Yeah I know don't eat the lamb.

It feels like something is catching and quite possibly some kind of damage was caused when I went on the pilgrimage. We had to walk 30 kilos a day. I have not have an episode for a few years but this one has been lasting for a few weeks on top of all of my other problems of course.

I will try the walking tomorrow as I need to get back to work.No inverstion chair or table and maybe I can do some of those exercises but difficult for me to move.
