 LOL!  If it were only so simple.  But if you have to lift heavy things to get to the mini trampoline, don't do it.  Get somebody to help you.  In the meantime, there are other really good suggestions in that link.  Something else that should help you is an inversion chair.  

Ice cream?  Oreos?  They would be really cool remedies, huh.......  But, unfortunately, in the real world they feed unwanted conditions.
