By the way guys, do you think it's necessary to also do something like an Oxypowder / "Harmful Organism" cleanse, or can I just go straight into this? I want to do this in an intelligent way, but at the same time I don't want to waste too much time or money when I could just be going for it and getting results! What do you reckon? :)
