I'm drinking the lax tea nightly but I'm not doing the SWF. It's my 6 day today and I'm going to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) for the first time tomorrow. I did have a BM last night and it came out hard. I have lost 12 LBS since I started the cleanse last Monday. I had Mac and cheese last Saturday so my diet wasn't good right before I started. It was Thanksgiving so I told myself that I could eat whatever I wanted ;)

What do you think?
