Your body will tell you when you've had enough. Just pull out the saltshaker, put some on your hand and have some. Have it when you want or all through the day. You'll know when you've had enough. It's a shame, I do this all the time, and now my young neice does the same thing. She doesn't know yet this is not Something Normal People Do.
