I have done some cleansing in the past. From what you sadi, I think I have had an easy time of it.

I did quite a bit of research and a lot of woemen do gain weight in menopause. From what I have read, it is mainly a change in hormone levels and things should slowly revert back to normal. Provided you don't over eat!
