I had terrible hot flushes at first. Well, I say at first, they probably lasted about 5 months quite severely. And another few months sporadically.

I found some articles which helped a little, but definitely helped me understand the condition much better.

Another good source of articles was over at www.menopause.org

I think both of them are charities or non-profit. I think the second one might be some government site. I'm not sure.

But they did have lots of useful info.
