Underlaying factors, immune restauration, toxicity, nutrition, benefical bowel flora, leaky gut, and other associated pathogens. All this need to be addressed to win this battle. How you said, easy to say but hard to do. Immune restauration and pathogen eradication are the two main points in my opinion.
