How many Liver Flushes and colonics? I read online that 6-12 colonics will help. Do you know how many Liver Flushes to use? Currently, I'm trying BioCleanse by Biogenesis Nutraceuticals. The veggie capsules help remove heavy meatal and liver toxics. BioCleanse contains L-glycine, MSM,L-taurine, Calcium glucarate, Milk thistle seed, N-acetyl cysteine, Broccoli,Sodium, and L-cysteine. Will these ingredients help with cleansing the liver? Also, can I do Liver Flushes and colonics at the same time?
