It seems these are stark contradictions. I am underweight and haven't gained a pound in years, obvious malnutrition and increased metabolism as food passes within a parameter of 12 hours. (Today's lunch has already passed, merely 8 hours in transit)

Though my body's basal temperature is below normal, having taken it in the morning upon waking and charting the numbers for several weeks, I only average 96.6, and even taken in the afternoon it does not exceed 97.8.

In searching I cannot find any conditions that support both, as each are polar opposites to each other.

I have many other symptoms, a great detail to go into, but I feel these two are at the forefront and figuring out their cause(s) would encompass the other problems.
