Consider Water Fasting a very private thing. We never tell others how many times we go to the bathroom (unless we choose to). We really don't share our bodily activities and don't need to feel guilty about it.

As a rule, I never tell people when I'm menstruating. I could; but like to keep it my biz. Water Fasting is no different.
