Dr. Huna,
You raised a very interesting point about the doses. If someone were to be admitted to a hospital for whatever reason, and had to have their bile ducts dialetd/relaxed, what dose would they be given?
The directions on the box of ES say that 6-10 doses per day may be taken. To me, that sounds like a lot of ES to ingest. That leads me to one of two conlclusions.
The first is that the 10 oz. bottle of Mag. Cit is way low to be effective. The second is that the recipes posted on this site suggest way more than is necessary.
The first flush I did (using ES) yielded more stones than the second (Mag Cit.) allthough my system felt similarly relaxed, and the bms were about the same frequency and volume, minus the stones.
