Hi,

I am 26, India.
I have hiatal hernia for a year now. There is definitely condition of acid reflux and sometimes i get dull chest pains.
To start with i was taking few medicines which reduced acidity but did not improve my hiatal hernia condition. So i stoped the medicines.
I think the diaphram strength needs to improve which will heal my condition of acid reflux to some extend.
I read about cleansing my digestive system recently.
Can you plz guide me on how i can improve my diaphram strength and cleanse my digestive system.
