Hi Insight, That was a good description of what happened to you. The same thing has happened to me many times over while I was out in public, exactly as you described it. Loud noises, busy places, intense conversations. It seems like a hypoglycemic episode, even when you've just eaten. I find that food helps when you get weak/faint even when you think it's not hypoglycemia. Keep food on you at all times just in case. Keep something salty with you... the salt helps.
