Hello everyone,

It looks like my health has taken a down turn. Here's what happened:

Yesterday I went to the mall with my girlfriend. Before I left I ate plenty of food because I had just raised my blood Sugar back up from what felt like a strong dip in blood sugar. I had eaten some regular cooked meat, and it felt like it caused my blood Sugar to drop pretty hard, so I countered it with half an apple and some raw organic, grass fed ground beef, which is what I usually eat. I noticed that when I'm eating primarily the grass fed ground beef and I then have a regular meat meal, it affects me somewhat adversely, although this time was a little meaner. I had also gotten somewhat upset over money issues and illness, but I controlled myself because anger causes hypoglycemic episodes.

Anyways, after a while I felt well enough to head out to the mall. I wanted to eat a little more, for good measure, so my girlfriend went ahead and I stayed in the car eating some more ground beef that I brought. I finished up then started walking to the store she was in, which was on the other side of the mall. When I finally got in the store I started talking to this guy who works there. We were talking about conspiracies and such, and I felt pretty positive. At some point when I was talking I felt my voice shake a little like it does when you're nervous, although I wasn't nervous at all. I just ignored it. A few seconds later when I was laughing, I started feeling this fainting feeling come over me, and a weakness in my body. I tried shaking it off and it curbed slightly, then it came back stronger. I almost fell on the ground right there, so I told the guy I'll see him later and started walking fast, looking around for my girlfriend. As I was walking I felt it getting worse then wavering, then getting worse. I felt like I couldn't even take a few steps, so I would slow down and stop. But it continued. I started stumbling somewhat when I was walking and panicking because I did not want to go unconscious right there, or anywhere. I nearly grabbed one of the employees or yelled out to call 911, but I am fed up with the hospitals.

My girlfriend saw me and called me, and I told her I need the keys. I was going to go back the the car and eat more. Even though I just ate and didn't feel low blood sugar, it was the only thing I could think of doing in the moment. I walked out the door and the fainting was still wavering, so I turned back and told my girlfriend I need her to walk with me. As we were walking I started stumbling again, so she ended up just running to the car, while I waited on the sidewalk. We came back home.

I checked my blood pressure and pulse, and it was fine. While I was at home, I still felt all faint and weak, especially if I walked around, but even sitting. I started getting really sleepy and falling asleep, even though it was barely 7:30 PM, and I usually stay up until 1 or 2 easily. I tried hard to stay awake because I didn't know what was going on. My memory felt somewhat impaired also, and I felt disattached. Around 10 PM the sleepiness feeling somewhat subsided, but I still felt forgetful and mildly faint and weak. I had a slight soreness in my right kidney area.

I slept and woke up this morning still feeling weird. I still feel strange right now, and walking around increases the feeling.

I am unsure what is going on, but I have a few guesses.

It could be adrenal fatigue getting worse (addisonian crisis?), because the weather is getting colder quicker here, and I noticed how the coldness makes me really tired and have to eat more. I have also noticed how any type of excitement has been randomly causing me to feel weak, tired, and weird like when you stand up too quickly. I played a practical joke on a guy at the mall the other day and after the joke when I was walking away, I felt very exhausted and had to sit down for awhile. When I was first getting sick, I remember being really unable to handle stress. It would get me very exhausted, but I don't remember feeling like I was going to faint.

Something else it could be is kidney problems from all the protein I eat. I am doubtful though because I don't have soreness in my kidneys, excessive urination, etc. I have been dehydrated lately though. Dry mouth, etc., even though I'm drinking water. I read that this could be caused by adrenal problems though, with the sodium-potassium ratios getting messed up. I don't use salt hardly at all, although I did sprinkle some on one piece of the cooked meat I ate yesterday. I have Redmond's Real Salt; should I try consuming some today?

Another thing I'm wondering is if I have iron overload because I do eat a lot of grass fed beef every day, but I don't know for sure. My digestion doesn't seem sluggish, for example.

I'd appreciate any advice, suggestions, and clarifications on this episode and my situation. Thanks everyone!

On a sidenote, I got a hold of some nettle leaf, but it is not powder. It is literally the leaves, but they're broken up into small pieces. How do I consume it? Can I just eat the leaves like that? I want to start slow due to hypoglycemia, so how much can I start with and what is a typical dose that I should work up to? Thanks!
