I can see why that might seem slightly strange to some people (including me!). My understanding is that the magnesium citrate has 2 functions:
1) To make the gut contents move more freely, and
2) To dilate the bile ducts.
The OO/GF makes the gall bladder contract, so wouldn't it be helpful to have the ducts already dilated when the OO/GF takes effect? Yet in this protocol the magnesium citrate is taken ** after ** the OO/GF. Common sense might suggest that the magnesium citrate should be taken before the OO/GF.
Comments anyone?
