Thanks for that Wombat....I think it is time to blow the dust off my old yogurt maker! I used to make it all the time! We also have a Polish deli near hear that sells the home made sauerkraut and I buy it on occasion.....I think I will go get some this week....oh the homemade yogurt is so good too......must be cheaper than the damn enzymes because they really are a fortune to buy.

I said it before and I will say it again....I know we are great cyber friends but I really think if you were my neighbor we would hit off.....I just know it! Thanks again for that information....I will put my yogurt maker next to the sprout machine, which by the way, did you ever get one?
