Yes.....Previous blood tests....3 years ago I was at 9 when normal was 12.

Then last year it was on the low side of normal but I forget the values. I read my body very well and know when I crace ice I am running on the low side. That is really my only symptom though.

Right now I am working on my digestion ...going to try some enzymes to improve it because I think that might be the reason for it? Poor digestion? Not sure, but I will do my damnest to figure it out!!
