All OP does is remove bacteria from your mouth. It shouldn't be doing too much in the heavy detox department. I've heard people saying this for years, but in the end it always ends up with something else going on in their life.

I however did have horrible reactions to fish oil. I had all the symptoms you described, plus some. There are some poor souls that are allergic to FO, and apparently this can also point towards an allergy to fish in general. Taking FO is like taking a concentrated portion of fish. So sense when you are next eating fish to see if you are having any reactions, even small and short lived.

OP doesn't have the normal healing crisis that you will find with other things. It's gentle, like brushing your teeth. I suppose the heavy EFA absorption might be doing something. I'd start to look around and see if something else is going on...

I'm not saying this to invalidate how you feel, because how you feel, is HOW YOU feel. And who on earth knows better than you about what does and doesn't affect you.
