I agree with 111 and also before u do any thing invasive, like scaleing or Antibiotic therapies, try oil pulling (ut based or otherwise) for 30 min a day for a month.

Neem oil is also reported to be extremely theraputic for mouth problems, whether used in a pulling regimin or by some other administration. Sucking, chewing ect on neem twigs has been shown to be good regimin for overall dental health.
