Well, first of all can I just say its massively dissgusting, secondly, you can only reach up a couple of inches, as opposed to cleansing with a product, any product, (I just happen to prefer Drnatura's Colonix)because its a no fuss product6, but the choice is different with each person.The colonix for example starts working right from the minute it leaves the stomach, and not just those some inches from the bottom upwards, sorry, I am too graphically minded.
