I, myself have questioned R.G. endlessly, asking him to repeat and repeat instructions and answers, until I understood, at least, the basics. (Thank goodness I didn't send many of my questions.)

Bless his heart, R.G. is gifted with patience.

These herbals and your own good sense will pull you through this learning phase of your life.


One of the most difficult lessons to be learned here is the difference between herbals and 'pills'.

We have all learned the ins and outs of taking medicines...except those of us born before WW II, back in the days of Mary Poppins.

You see, to us, all flavors come from the same bottle, with Mary herself getting the 'adult' flavor, lime cordial, from the same bottle that held milk for the babies.

Don't look too closely at every little symptom. Parasites just aren't that smart.

We are wonderfully made. Just do your best, and one day you'll catch yourself forgetting all the miseries that used to worry you.

Then you'll smile...and maybe giggle.


It is a truth that we don't have to think and concentrate on everything we want to learn.

Information that simply flashes by is stored in our subconscious memory, too. It will be served up, appropriately, when we are ready for it.

Isn't that nice?
