I followed the protocol just as it was written in my post above. I took the OO/GF at 10pm, laid down for about 30 minutes. Got up, prepped for bed, then took the Mg Citrate at about 10:45pm. It was very simple. No other doses of Mg Citrate or OO (Olive-Oil) the next day. The Mg Citrate kept me flowing until Sunday.
