Hmmm I would think NOT to drink milk bc when ppl get heartburn the old wives tale is to drink a glass of milk or eat bread.IDK ppl say drink pleanty of water..but then you hear not too.Then avoid dairy,carb,sugar...but you know what we need all the nutrients.When your body is starving for nutrients you feel even worse.This was TOTALLY my experience.I stopped eating for 2 weeks!I felt worse then ever.So anyone who says "fasting works" is out of their mind.
